Rooms have been reserved at the hotels Park Inn Pulkovskaya and U Fontana, and are offered to the participants at special reduced rates when booked through Monomax.

Deadlines for booking and payment:

Guaranteed Hotel booking - until June 20, 2011

Full payment - until June 24, 2011

The period of guaranteed booking is August 21-26, 2011.

Park Inn Pulkovskaya hotel is located 5 km from the Pulkovo International Airport. The access to the city centre is easy as the hotel is close to the Metro Station Moskovskaya and the bus stops. There are three restaurants, fitness centre and SPA, concierge service, currency exchange.

The hotel has 840 rooms (Standard, Business, Suite). A standard (Single or Twin) room is equipped with 1 or 2 beds, work desk, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer. Buffet breakfast is included in the rate.

• take taxi at the airport
• catch minibus № K3, K213 (stop in the corner of Moskovsky Avenue and Kuznetsovskaya Street)

2) From the airport Pulkovo-1

• book the arrival transfer at your personal online page
• take taxi at the airport
• catch minibus № K39 or bus № 39 and go to the Metro station Moskovskaya, take metro and go to the Metro station Park Pobedy or Elektrosila, then walk to the hotel
• catch minibus № K39 or bus № 39 (stop - Metro station Moskovskaya), then catch minibus № K226 (stop in the corner of Moskovsky Avenue and Kuznetsovskaya Street)

U Fontana hotel offers the very economy class accommodation. The staff doesn't speak English. The hotel is located not far from the Metro Station Park Pobedy which is in one station to the Conference Venue (or 3 bus stops).

Single and twin rooms are rather spacious. There is a TV set, a telephone, an armchair or a sofa. The accommodation is without breakfast.

Check in – after 2 PM (Early check in after 8 AM is for extra charge and costs a half of one night rate).
Check out – before noon (Late check out before 6 PM is for extra charge and costs a half of one night rate).

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations received before June 27, 2011 the full payment will be refunded (minus banking costs).
For cancellations received on and after June 27, 2011 and in case of  No Show the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed.
All refunds are made after the Conference.
