Registration Fees

[Please be aware that for ITST 2011 at least one full registration before July 31, 2011 per accepted paper is mandatory to include the paper in the proceedings of the conference, even if the presenting author is a student. Registration fee covers up to 2 papers (if presented by one person).]

1-day workshop registration fee covers:

• access to all conference facilities for 1 day
• one copy of CD-ROM proceedings and participants kit
• lunches and coffee breaks for 1 day
• social event(s)

3-days pass registration fee covers:

• access to all conference facilities (including all the tutorials and workshops) for 3 days
• one copy of CD-ROM proceedings and participants kit
• lunches and coffee breaks
• welcome reception (August 23)
• gala-dinner (August 25)
• city tour (August 24)

1-day tutorial / 2 half-day tutorials fee covers:

• access to the tutorial(s) on a given day
• lunches and cofee breaks for 1 day

Accompanying person registration fee covers:

• welcome reception (August 23)
• gala-dinner (August 25)
• city tour (August 24)

Registration fee covers up to 2 papers (if presented by one person).

The deadline for registration fee payment is August 16, 2011

Online registration system will be available on the 1st of June.

Payment Methods

All payments should be made at the personal online registration page of a participant. 

Conference payments (registration fee, hotel accommodation or additional services payments) can be made either concurrently or step-by-step. In order to accomplish financial arrangements a participant should use his login and password to enter the personal online page.

Please, note, we do not accept private and company cheques or Euro cheques.

The payments can be made in the following ways:

1. Credit card payment (major credit cards are accepted: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD).
a) Agreement of payment (offline transaction).
If a participant chooses this way of payments arrangement, the Agreement of Payment Form appears automatically after clicking at this option. A participant should print it out, check the amount he/she’d wish to pay, fill in the form, put his signature and send it to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number: +7 (812) 335 20 39.
On receiving the Agreement of Payment Form the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount off the indicated credit card account and send an acknowledgement of the payment receipt back to participant.
b) Internet payment by credit card (online transaction).
To support payments through Internet Monomax Company cooperates with Assist - the secure Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making online purchasing safe. If an Internet payment option is chosen, a participant must simply follow the steps as in instruction.

2. Payment by Bank transfer.
If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by a participant, the invoice amounting to the total sum for the chosen services is created automatically by clicking at the corresponding button. It is also possible to choose the currency of the invoice (EURO or USD). A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.

For cancellations received after July 4, 2011, no refund will be provided. All refunds will be made after the Conference
